2 large cans of tuna1/2 onion, choppedParsley (to taste), chopped1 tablespoon of pimenta moida (crushed red pepper sauce)3 tablespoons of olive oilSalt (to taste)

- Open the cans of tuna, drain the water or oil) and place in a container.
- Add the remainding ingredients and mix well.
- Enjoy with bread or mix with cubed boiled potatoes and boiled eggs.
