Ingredients
1 bunch of turnip greens, chopped into pieces1 1/4 pounds (550g) of potatoes, halved1 turnip, quartered1 1/4 pounds (550g) of carrots, peeled and chopped into pieces1 large onion, halved1 large garlic clove1 chicken bouillon cube5 tablespoons of olive oil1 turnip, diced1 large carrot, dicedSalt to taste

Preparation
- In a pot with approximately 3 liters of water, season with salt and add the chicken bouillon cube, garlic, onion, quartered turnip, potatoes, and chopped carrots.
- Finally, add the olive oil.
- Cover and let it cook for 30 minutes.
- Once everything is cooked, blend the soup until smooth.
- Add the diced turnip, diced carrot, and turnip greens to the soup.
- Stir, cover, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
