Ingredients

1 bunch of turnip greens, chopped into pieces1 1/4 pounds (550g) of potatoes, halved1 turnip, quartered1 1/4 pounds (550g) of carrots, peeled and chopped into pieces1 large onion, halved1 large garlic clove1 chicken bouillon cube5 tablespoons of olive oil1 turnip, diced1 large carrot, dicedSalt to taste

Preparation

  1. In a pot with approximately 3 liters of water, season with salt and add the chicken bouillon cube, garlic, onion, quartered turnip, potatoes, and chopped carrots.
  2. Finally, add the olive oil.
  3. Cover and let it cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Once everything is cooked, blend the soup until smooth.
  5. Add the diced turnip, diced carrot, and turnip greens to the soup.
  6. Stir, cover, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
