Preparation
- Combine the water, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a pitcher, add the white wine and sparkling water, both well chilled.
- Add the passion fruit pulp, lightly crushed mint leaves, and the fresh passion fruits cut into quarters.
- Once the mixture is very cold, serve.
- You can add ice to make the sangria even colder.
