Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
  3. Add the warm olive oil, brandy, and lemon zest, and mix well.
  4. Add half of the flour to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
  5. Mix the baking powder with the remaining flour and add it to the dough, incorporating it well.
  6. Lightly grease your hands with a few drops of olive oil and shape the dough into small rings, overlapping the ends.
