400 g mascarpone cheese (about 1 3/4 cups)380 g sweetened condensed milk (about 1 1/4 cups)50 ml espresso coffee (about 3 1/3 tablespoons)

Preparation

  1. Place the mascarpone in a bowl and add the espresso coffee.
  2. Gently whisk everything together until a smooth, creamy mixture forms.
  3. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, whisking softly the whole time.
  4. The mixture should be creamy and smooth.
  5. If you prefer a stronger coffee flavor, dissolve a teaspoon of instant coffee in the espresso before mixing.
  6. Once ready, place the mixture in the freezer for 3 hours or refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  7. Serve in small glasses and decorate as desired.
