Ingredients

8 medium eggs 350 g sugar2 tablespoons butter3 tablespoons flour2 to 3 oranges (juice and zest) Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheated the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place everything into a bowl and beat well.
  3. Pour into a tart pan lined with parchment paper and greased with a bit of butter.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve as is or with a scoop of ice cream.
