Preparation

  1. Start by making a sauté with a bit of olive oil, butter, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the shredded cod and mix well.
  3. Stir in half of the béchamel sauce and combine thoroughly.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  5. In an ovenproof dish or tray, layer the cod mixture, then top it with the shrimp.
  6. Pour the remaining béchamel sauce over it.
  7. Bake until golden and gratinated (about 20 minutes).
