Preparation

  1. Remove the leafy crown from the pineapple.
  2. Cut the pineapple into small cubes with the skin on.
  3. Add the liquids to the jar, then sugar and stir well.
  4. Lastly add the pineapple cubes to the jar, and stir again.
  5. Let it sit in a dark place for 20 days, shaking the jar daily.
  6. After the resting period, strain the mixture well, bottle it and enjoy.
