Portuguese Grilled Grouper Recipe

How to make Portuguese grilled grouper with lemon and butter sauce with coriander.

Ingredients

4 slices of grouper1 tablespoon olive oilSea saltJuice of 1 lemon3 tablespoons of butter2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
4 slices of grouper1 tablespoon olive oilSea saltJuice of 1 lemon3 tablespoons of butter2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
Get Portuguese ingredients

Directions

  1. Fire up the grill, brush the slices of grouper with a little olive oil and add them to the grill.
  2. When the fish is almost grilled,  add butter and the lemon juice in a pan and let it boil until the butter has melted, than add the chopped coriander.
  3. Remove the fish from the grill, sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with the lemon and butter sauce.
  4. Serve immediately.
