Ingredients

5 eggs6 tbsp olive oil3 cloves garlic, chopped1 tbsp red pepper sauce (pimenta moida), mildSalt (to taste)1 tbsp red wine or vinegar

Get Portuguese ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil at medium heat, and fry the eggs to your liking.
  2. Once the eggs are fried, set them aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the remaining 4 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper sauce and wine or vinegar, bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
  4. Place eggs in a serving plate, and pour the sauce over them.
  5. Serve with fries.
