This Portuguese style chouriço rigatoni makes a great, tasty pasta meal for the whole family.

Ingredients
½ pound of rigatoni, cooked and drained6 ounces of chouriço, removed from casing and chopped2 teaspoons of olive oil2 cloves of garlic crushed2 cups quality marinara or spaghetti sauce3/4 cup of half and half cream1/3 cup of parsley, chopped
Get Portuguese ingredients

Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
- Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients. Heat the olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sauce and half and half and simmer for 5 minutes, add to the cooked pasta, mix and sprinkle with parsley.
