Ingredients

1 1/2 kg of pork ribs (cut in pieces)Salt (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)3 cloves garlic (minced)3 tablespoons lemon juiceFrying oil

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Place the ribs in a bowl, add the seasoning, mix well and let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Drain the ribs, place in a large saucepan with oil and cook over medium heat to fry for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove, drain and serve hot, accompanied with slices of lemon.
