Ingredients

2 lbs fried pork shoulders2 tablespoons hot pimento paste3 roasted garlic cloves (minced)1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/2 cup white wine 1 tablespoon paprika1 tablespoon butterSalt to taste

Get Portuguese ingredients

Instructions

Place the fried pork shoulders in a food processor and process until it turns into a paste.

Once done, remove the pork from the processor and place it in a bowl.

Add all the ingredients and mix very well.
