2 and 1/2 cups of dry white wine5 chopped garlic cloves1 tbsp ground cumin1 tbsp paprika1.5 kg pork leg cut into small cubes4 tbsp of olive oil2 bay leavesSalt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade with the wine, chopped garlic, paprika, half the cumin and salt and pepper, mix the meat in this marinade and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and lightly fry the pork cubes on the olive oil, previously heated.
- When the meat has a golden color, add the marinade along with the bay leaves, let it cook a little more until the meat is tender.
- Sprinkle with the remainder of the cumin before serving the rojoes, this recipe goes great with Portuguese fried cubed potatoes or white rice.
