Portuguese Fried Fish Sauce Recipe

6 cloves of garlic1 whole mild red pepper, coarsely choppedVinegar to taste1 tablespoon of hot red ground pepper sauce (pimenta moida)4 tablespoons of cooking oilChopped Parsley (to taste) Get Portuguese ingredients
- Put oil in a frying pan and add the sliced cloves of garlic and the chopped red pepper.
- Saute for about 3 minutes.
- Add the hot red ground pepper sauce and saute for another minute.
- Add the vinegar and finely chopped parsley to taste and mix well.
- Serve with fried fish.

Married to a Portugese guy. These recipes compete well with his moms cooking. We are living in the Azores now and my cooking fits right in. This sauce us colorful and fresh.
