Ingredients
1 and 1/2 lbs of shrimp4 tablespoons of olive oil3 to 4 cloves of garlic, diced1 small onion, finely chopped1 tablespoon of wheat flour1 glass of dry white wine1 tablespoon of chicken broth1 1/2 tablespoon of mustardSalt and pepper (to taste)Parsley or chives (optional)

Directions
- In a saucepan heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook the shrimp (low heat). Stir until the shrimp is almost cooked (about 5 minutes). Put this pan with the shrimp aside.
- In another pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and brown the onion and garlic. Add the wheat flour and stir well for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the wine, chicken broth and mustard and stir well for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add more wine if you want more watery or less creamy.
- Mix the sauce with the shrimp in the other pan and cook at very low heat, stirring constantly, cook for about 2 minutes until the shrimp is ready.
- Garnish with the parsley or chives and serve.
- Enjoy!
