Portuguese Pyrex Bread Recipe
- In a bowl, undo the yeast in warm water, not too hot .
- Add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Knead until smooth and elastic. If necessary add a little more flour, mix well and knead some more.
- Place in the pyrex greased with olive oil, brush the surface with olive oil and flour, make a few cuts and bake in the pyrex with the lid for about 40 minutes at 200°C or 400°F.
