Portuguese Pyrex Bread Recipe
In a bowl, undo the yeast in warm water, not too hot .
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Knead until smooth and elastic. If necessary add a little more flour, mix well and knead some more.
Place in the pyrex greased with olive oil, brush the surface with olive oil and flour, make a few cuts and bake in the pyrex with the lid for about 40 minutes at 390 F.
