Pyrex Bread

Ingredients
¾ cup of water1 and ½ tablespoons of olive oil½ tablespoon (15 gr) of active dry yeast2 and 1/2 cups of flour1 teaspoon of saltOlive oil and flour to sprinkle

Preparation
- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water with half teaspoon of sugar.
- Add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Knead until smooth and elastic. If necessary add a little more flour, mix well, knead some more and let it rise for about an hour.
- Place in the pyrex greased with olive oil, brush the surface with olive oil and flour, make a few cuts and bake in the pyrex with the lid for about 40 minutes at 200°C or 400°F.
