1 octopus, cleaned2 cloves of garlic, minced½ cup of olive oil4 tablespoons of lemon juice1 tablespoon of oreganoGround pepper (to taste).Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the octopus for about 1 hour and 30 minutes in water until tender.
  2. To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients and spread over the octopus.
  3. Serve with boiled eggs, potatoes and steamed broccoli.
  4. Enjoy!
