Ingredients
1 octopus, cleaned2 cloves of garlic, minced½ cup of olive oil4 tablespoons of lemon juice1 tablespoon of oreganoGround pepper (to taste).Salt (to taste)

Preparation
- Cook the octopus for about 1 hour and 30 minutes in water until tender.
- To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients and spread over the octopus.
- Serve with boiled eggs, potatoes and steamed broccoli.
