A salad mix, about 12 oz (various vegetables)Half of a roasted chicken, cut into pieces6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half1 grated carrotCheese squares (to taste)Green olives (to taste)Vinaigrette for seasoningOlive oil for seasoningMustard for seasoningSalt for seasoningBalsamic vinegar for seasoning

  1. Place the salad mixture in a bowl or pan, add the remaining ingredients and mix.
