Ingredients

6 cups of flour1 teaspoon of fine salt1 teaspoon of sugar1 sachet of dry yeast2 and 1/4 cups of lukewarm water1 tablespoon of olive oil Get these ingredients & more Get ingredients and other stuff at Amazon.com

Directions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and mix all the ingredients except the water and olive oil.
  2. Mix everything with a wooden spoon, after everything is well mixed, make a hole in the middle and put the warm water and olive oil in it.
  3. Stir with a wooden spoon until the flour absorbs the liquid and is well mixed.
  4. Cover the bowl with a cloth and a woolen blanket and let it rise for 2 hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  6. Remove the dough, mold it into a bread shape and put it in a tray dusted with flour.
  7. With a knife, make a cut along the top of the bread. 
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes or until it is to your liking.
