9 peeled medium-sized shrimp3 cloves of garlic, slicedOlive oil (to taste)Margarine (to taste)White wine (to taste)Salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)Coriander, chopped (to taste)

Directions
- Drizzle a little olive oil in a frying pan and add a little margarine.
- Add the sliced garlic and let it fry a little.
- Add the shrimp, season with a little white wine, salt and pepper.
- Let it sit a few minutes.
- Remove from the heat and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
