Ingredients

1 large chicken, cut in 8 pieces1 tablespoon of rosemary1 onion, cut into half moons5 cloves of garlic, chopped1/2 cup of white wine1 teaspoon of pepper sauce (to taste)2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar4 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauceSalt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Season the chicken with the garlic cloves, salt, vinegar, wine, pepper sauce, rosemary,  olive oil, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Let it marinate for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 190°C or 375°F.
  4. In a pyrex, place the onion over the chicken, drizzle the marinade over it and bake for about 40 minutes.

After 40 mins on 350f my chicken was insipid and still raw…put the oven on 425f for another 20 mins and it cooked through but rather tough? Looked nothing like the recipe!
