Ingredients
1 large chicken, cut in 8 pieces1 tablespoon of rosemary1 onion, cut into half moons5 cloves of garlic, chopped1/2 cup of white wine1 teaspoon of pepper sauce (to taste)2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar4 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauceSalt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)

Directions
- Season the chicken with the garlic cloves, salt, vinegar, wine, sweet pepper, rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Let it marinate for about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 180°C or 350°F.
- In a pyrex, place the onion over the chicken, drizzle the marinade over it and bake for about 40 minutes.
