- Cook and shred the cod and put a side 1 cup of the cooking water;
- In a bowl, add the shredded cod, eggs, parsley, olive oil and mix everything well.
- Then add the flour and water little by little until it gets smooth (not very thin nor very thick) and season with salt and pepper.
- Fry in a frying pan with hot oil until they turn golden brown, drain and place them in paper towels to absorb the oil.
