Directions

  1. Beat the yolks very well with the sugar and oil.
  2. Add the orange zest, juice of the oranges, the flour and the baking power.
  3. Beat the egg whites until firm and add to the dough mixing it gently.
  4. Pour it into a greased and dusted with flour cake pan, and bake at 180ºC or 350ºF for about 1 hour.
