2 oranges2 and 1/2 cups of sugar4 cups of flour1 cup of oil7 eggs1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation
- Beat the yolks very well with the sugar and oil.
- Add the orange zest, juice of the oranges, the flour and the baking power.
- Beat the egg whites until firm and add to the dough mixing it gently.
- Pour it into a greased and dusted with flour cake pan, and bake at 180ºC or 350ºF for about 1 hour.
