Carne Assada is a traditional Portuguese dish that translates to "roasted meat" in English. It typically consists of a large cut of beef, such as sirloin or rump, that is seasoned with a mixture of garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, and then roasted in the oven until it is tender and juicy.

To prepare Carne Assada, the beef is usually marinated in the seasoning mixture for several hours or overnight, which helps to infuse the meat with flavor and tenderize it. The meat is then roasted in the oven at a high temperature, until it is cooked to the desired level of doneness. Some recipes may call for basting the meat with a mixture of olive oil and red wine during the roasting process to add even more flavor and moisture.

Carne Assada is often served with traditional Portuguese sides, such as roasted potatoes and vegetables, rice, or beans. It is a popular dish for special occasions, family gatherings, and holidays, and is enjoyed by many people around the world.
