Ingredients
2 chicken legs1 chouriço sausage1/2 lb of smoked bacon (toucinho)1 turnip4 potatoes3 carrots2 bay leaves1 onion1 sprig of chives1 cabbage1/2 lb of cooked butter beansFrench leek (to taste)Salt (to taste)Mint (to taste)

Preparation
- Cook the meats in salt water with the bay leaves and the chopped onion.
- Once cooked remove the meat and add the remaining ingredients (the vegetables should be cut into small pieces, and the beans should be added with the cooking water).
- Add the chopped chives, shred the chicken and add it, slice the sausage and add it.
- Add a sprig of mint and remove from the heat.
