Serve this amazing Portuguese linguiça stuffed bread (pão recheado com linguiça) with thin crisp toast.

Ingredients
1 round bread1 cup of shredded linguiça sausage1 cup of grated mozzarella1 cup of grated emmental cheese1 cup of mayonnaise4 garlic cloves, minced
Get Portuguese ingredients & stuff 
Directions
- Cut a hole on top of the bread, remove all the crumb from inside the bread and save the top piece you cut off.
- Mix the shredded linguiça sausage with the garlic in a container then add the cheeses, the mayonnaise and mix everything well.
- Place everything inside the bread and bake the bread with the cut off piece on the side until the cheeses have melted.
- Place the top piece on the bread or on the side and serve.
