Please what is goya con azafran?

Hi Jan, it's a spice, you can do the following as a substitute:

3 tablespoons of garlic powder or granulated garlic
2  tablespoons of salt
2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp of dried Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
and a pinch of cumin

Good luck.
