Ingredients
1 big cod piece, cooked and shredded1/4 chopped red pepper1 small chopped onion2 chopped chivesChopped parsley (to taste)2 eggs1/2 beer1/2 cup of flourGround white pepper (to taste)Salt (to taste)Oil (to taste)

Directions
  1. Beat the eggs well with beer and salt.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, leaving the flour until the end.
  3. Mix everything well and fry in plenty of hot oil.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper when they are fried and serve.

Hi Steve, yes by shredded it means that it has already been cooked, I will update the recipe and clarify that.
