Serve these amazing Portuguese cod fritters (pataniscas de bacalhau) with rice and a salad.

1 big cod piece, cooked and shredded1/4 chopped red pepper1 small chopped onion2 chopped chivesChopped parsley (to taste)2 eggs1/2 beer1/2 cup of flourGround white pepper (to taste)Salt (to taste)Oil (to taste) Get Portuguese food & stuff
- Beat the eggs well with beer and salt.
- Add the remaining ingredients, leaving the flour until the end.
- Mix everything well and fry in plenty of hot oil.
- Drain on absorbent paper when they are fried and serve.
