1 big cod piece, shredded1/4 chopped red pepper1 small chopped onion2 chopped chivesChopped parsley (to taste)2 eggs1/2 beer1/2 cup of flourGround white pepper (to taste)Salt (to taste)Oil (to taste)

    1. Beat the eggs well with beer and salt.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients, leaving the flour until the end.
    3. Mix everything well and fry in plenty of hot oil.
    4. Drain on absorbent paper when they are fried and serve.

    This is made with salt cod correct?

    Pam, I think it's better with salt cod, but you could use fresh as well.
