Ingredients

4 eggs1 small lemon yogurt5 tablespoons of oil1 and 1/4 cups of sugar3 tablespoons of grated coconut1 and 1/4 cups of flour1 teaspoon of baking powder

Get Portuguese ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, yogurt, oil, sugar and coconut.
  2. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
  3. Place the dough in a greased and sprinkled with flour cake pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC or 350ºF (about 40 minutes), do the toothpick test to see if it's cooked.
