Ingredients

2 eggs1 and 1/2 cups of sugar2 cups of flour1 teaspoon of baking powder1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon1 cup of coffee with milk1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Get Portuguese ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a creamy egg yolk.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and coffee with milk, always beating. 
  4. Mix in the walnuts and pour the mixture into a greased, rounded cake form.
  5. Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
  6. Let it cool, unmold, cut into slices and serve.
