Instructions
- Heat some olive oil in a pot, add the onion (chopped) and bay leaf.
- When the onion begins to brown slightly, add the tomato paste, the skinless and seedless tomatoes cut into tiny cubes, the paprika and the parsley.
- Add the beans with some water, bring to a boil, then add the macaroni and season with salt and pepper.
- When the macaroni is almost cooked, add the eggs and cook over low heat until the eggs are cooked.
