Portuguese Pork & Potatoes Recipe

1 lb pork meat, cut into cubes1 lb of potatoes3 cloves of garlicSalt and pepper (to taste)2 tablespoons of pimento paste1/2 cup of white wine Get these ingredients & more
- In casserole dish, place the potatoes cut in half and the meat in cubes.
- Season with a little salt and pepper and add the cloves of garlic (rolled).
- Add the 2 tablespoons of pimento paste and the white wine and mix well.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C or 350°F for about 1 and 30 munites, until the meat and potatoes are tender (remove the foil in the last 20 minutes).
