Portuguese Pork & Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb pork meat, cut into cubes1 lb of potatoes3 cloves of garlicSalt and pepper (to taste)2 tablespoons of pimento paste1/2 cup of white wine Get these ingredients & more Get ingredients and other stuff at Amazon.com

Directions

  1. In casserole dish, place the potatoes cut in half and the meat in cubes.
  2. Season with a little salt and pepper and add the cloves of garlic (rolled).
  3. Add the 2 tablespoons of pimento paste and the white wine and mix well.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C or 350°F for about 1 and 30 munites, until the meat and potatoes are tender (remove the foil in the last 20 minutes).
