10 thin slices of smoked ham (presunto)Mozzarella cheese (to taste), sliced thinly4 fresh figs, cut into halves1 bunch of arugula, chopped3 basil leaves, chopped2 tablespoons of olive oil1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegarSalt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. In a platter, place the fresh mozzarella slices and the smoked ham on top.
  2. Place the fresh figs scattered on top of the ham, as well as the arugula and basil leaves.
  3. Drizzle with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle salt and pepper (to taste).
  4. Serve and enjoy!
