5 tablespoons of sweet paprika1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper1 teaspoon of chilli powder1 teaspoon of ground cumin1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon1 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg1 teaspoon of ground allspice½ teaspoon of dried oregano¼ teaspoon of ground ginger1 teaspoon of ground clove1 bay leaf, crushed with a mortar and pestle1 teaspoon of dried lemon zest (1/2 lemon)1 teaspoon of orange zest (1/4 orange)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the spices and dried herbs. 
  2. Add the lemon and orange zest over the spice mix and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
