1/2 lb of red chili peppers, washed and chopped1 tablespoon of coarse sea salt1/2 tablespoon of wine vinegar1 tablespoon of olive oil1 jar for storing it Get Portuguese groceries & stuff Get Portuguese groceries and other stuff at Amazon.com

  1. Place the chopped peppers and salt in a blender and blend until it is smooth and of even consistency.
  2. Place the mixture in a saucepan and let it cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the vinegar and olive oil well and then pour into the jar for storage.
  4. Place it the refrigerator and use it as you need.

What is rhe shelf life of this in the fridge and can you can it to keep longer

About 90 days if you refrigerate it.

Where do you find red chilli pepers? NOT IN NEW JERSEY!

Hi Justin, you can use cayenne peppers as a substitute if you can get those.
